CDL-A Local Retail Driver – $80K+ + $2,500 Bonus | Bethel, PA

Join a new dedicated retail operation in Bethel, PA offering approximately $1,500 weekly, daily home time, consecutive days off, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Enjoy predictable local routes within a 250-mile radius and early-morning starts.

Main Yard / Starting Location

Bethel, PA — new operation serving local retail delivery routes within a 250-mile radius.

Pay Details

  • $80,000+ average annual pay
  • Approximately $1,550 average weekly pay
  • $0.69 CPM
  • $21.50 per stop
  • Premium pay for city stops
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus
  • Paid weekly

Job Details

  • Dedicated retail store freight
  • Local delivery routes within a 250-mile radius
  • Approximately 1,700 miles per week
  • 1–2 loads per day
  • 1–3 stops per load
  • Backhauls
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Live load/unload with some drop-and-hook

Shift Details

  • Home daily
  • Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
  • Early starts between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM
  • 10–12-hour shifts
  • Consecutive days off
  • Option for weekends off or Friday-Saturday off

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
  • No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required
  • DOT Medical Card
  • Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for required driving and reporting duties
  • Clean driving record
  • No SAP drivers
  • Additional qualifications may apply
