Hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account. Earn competitive weekly pay while hauling dry freight across the Midwest, with weekly home time and top-of-the-line sleeper trucks.

Pay & Earnings

  • Average weekly pay: $1,800
  • Top weekly pay: $2,000
  • Average annual pay: $93,600
  • Top annual pay: $104,000
  • Additional compensation for mileage, unloading, and backhauls

Schedule & Home Time

  • Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
  • Available schedules: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on candidate location
  • Weekly reset typically falls on Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday
  • Approximately 970 miles per week
  • Typically three turns, with 3–5 stops per load

Routes & Freight

  • Dedicated Dollar Tree account
  • Deliveries across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and northern Kentucky
  • Dry freight with driver unloading using rollers
  • Touch freight; physical unloading is required

Equipment

  • Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks
  • Automatic transmissions
  • 53-foot dry van trailers
  • Drivers may take trucks home if parking is safe and secure

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
  • No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
