Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Haul auto parts on overnight routes while earning competitive pay, enjoying daily home time, and receiving a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay & Bonuses

  • Average annual pay: $80,000
  • Average weekly pay: $1,530
  • Mileage pay: $0.701 per mile
  • Stop pay: $25 per stop
  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000, with the first payment after 30 days
  • Paid weekly with activity-based compensation

Schedule & Home Time

  • Home daily
  • Five-day workweek with two consecutive days off
  • Available schedules: Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, or Tuesday–Saturday
  • Overnight start times between 6:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.
  • Approximately 45 hours per week
  • A mix of multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs

Freight & Equipment

  • Dedicated Advance Auto Parts account
  • Dry van trailers
  • New automatic Freightliner day-cab trucks
  • Driver unload required at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
  • Must be at least 22 years old
  • Hazmat endorsement required, or willingness to initiate the endorsement process upon hire
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
  • No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
  • FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required before hire
  • Must meet English-language requirements for communication, traffic signs, official inquiries, and records
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • No SAP drivers
  • Must be able to safely unload freight using a liftgate and electric pallet jack
