DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN BEI UNS:

In dieser Position koordinierst du die Abläufe im CNC-Bereich und sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge sicher, termingerecht und effizient umgesetzt werden. Du bist Ansprechperson für dein Team und arbeitest eng mit AV-Produktion, Betriebsleitung, HR und Lagerverwaltung zusammen.

  • Unterweisung und Betreuung der zugeteilten Mitarbeitenden
  • Personaleinteilung, Anwesenheitsverwaltung und Abstimmung von Krankmeldungen und Urlaub
  • Führung von Mitarbeitendengesprächen sowie Kommunikation relevanter Personalthemen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Aufträgen, Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten und Suche nach Fehlteilen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege des Maschinenparks der Produktion
  • Auflösung stornierter Produktionsaufträge
  • Verteilung von Wareneingangswaren in Abstimmung mit der Lagerverwaltung
  • Vorbereitung und Organisation von Fertigungsprogrammen
  • Überwachung der Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Verpackung
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Verwaltung von Verbrauchsmaterial
  • Begleitung von Fremdfirmen sowie Koordination von Besorgungs- und Abholfahrten
  • Sicherstellung einer guten Ordnung, Kommunikation und Außenwirkung im Bereich

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise im CNC-, Metall-, Maschinenbau- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung oder Produktion
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung, Koordination oder Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Fertigungsabläufe strukturiert zu organisieren
  • Grundkenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung sowie im Messen und Prüfen von Werkstücken
  • Erfahrung im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und im sicheren Umgang mit Standardmessmitteln
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CNC-Stabbearbeitungsmaschinen von Elumatec sowie deren Programmierung
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Ordnung, Qualität und Termine zu übernehmen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-, Produktions- oder Warenwirtschaftssystemen
