DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN BEI UNS:

In unserer Fertigung sorgst du dafür, dass aus technischen Vorgaben präzise gefertigte Bauteile entstehen. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für einen zuverlässigen und effizienten Bearbeitungsprozess.

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen, CNC-Anlagen und Handarbeitsplätzen
  • Steuern und Überwachen der Bearbeitungsabläufe an unseren CNC-Anlagen
  • Korrigieren von Einstelldaten bei Maßabweichungen und Sicherstellen der geforderten Qualität
  • Wechseln vorbereiteter Werkzeuge nach Vorgabe
  • Prüfen der gefertigten Teile mit gängigen prozessüblichen Messmitteln
  • Dokumentieren der Arbeitsschritte und Prüfergebnisse auf Werkstattebene
  • Durchführen manueller Vor- und Nachbearbeitungstätigkeiten

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung
  • Grundkenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung sowie im Messen und Prüfen von Werkstücken
  • Grundkenntnisse in Qualitätsprüfung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Erfahrung im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und im sicheren Umgang mit Standardmessmitteln
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CNC-Stabbearbeitungsmaschinen von Elumatec
  • Von Vorteil ist die Fähigkeit, Programme mit der Software Elucad selbstständig zu erstellen
  • Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
