Um unser Team optimal aufgestellt zu wissen, suchen wir dich als organisatorischen Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Einsatzplanung in Hannover.

  • Zentrale Dienstplanung: Eigenverantwortliche und vorausschauende Erstellung, Steuerung und laufende Optimierung der Dienst- und Einsatzpläne für unsere Teams im Patientenservice und des medizinisch-technischen sowie ärztlichen Dienstes
  • Ausfallmanagement: Schnelle Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Krankmeldungen sowie kurzfristige Umplanung der Personaleinsätze zur Sicherstellung unseres Praxisbetriebes
  • Ansprechperson für alle Teams auch bzgl. Dienstwünschen, Urlauben und Einsatzzeiten

Zur Sicherstellung unseres reibungslosen Praxisbetriebes ist eine Teilnahme an geregelten und planbaren Bereitschaftsdiensten in den Abendzeiten notwendig, um auch bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen die Besetzung der Teams für den Folgetag sicherzustellen. Diese Dienste können aus dem mobilen Arbeiten heraus bedient werden.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Eine abgeschlossene medizinische (z.B. als Medizinische:rFachangestellte:r / MFA) oder kaufmännisch/organisatorische Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen – der medizinische Aspekt ist hierbei hervorzuheben!
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Dienstplanerstellung, Personaldisposition, im praxisnahen Ausfallmanagement oder starkes Interesse in diesem Bereich
  • Ein kühler Kopf und schnelle organisatorische Lösungen liegen dir
  • Teamzusammenarbeit steht für dich an erster Stelle, genau wie ein freundliches und bestimmtes Auftreten
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von strukturierten Bereitschaftsdiensten, welche entsprechend vergütet werden
