Introduction ##

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le canton de Fribourg, nous constituons un vivier de talents pour accompagner le déploiement de notre nouveau site industriel à Bulle. Dans cette optique, nous rechercherons prochainement des profils de Technicien de maintenance bâtiments (H/F) afin de renforcer nos équipes.

Responsabilités ##

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques du bâtiment, notamment dans les domaines du chauffage, de la ventilation, de la climatisation, du sanitaire et des automatismes
  • Contrôler, régler et optimiser le fonctionnement des installations et des systèmes de régulation afin de garantir leur disponibilité et leur performance énergétique
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes, traiter les alarmes techniques et réaliser les interventions nécessaires dans le respect des priorités et des règles de sécurité
  • Assurer le suivi des systèmes de supervision et de gestion technique centralisée, ainsi que des équipements de régulation et des automatismes du bâtiment
  • Participer au raccordement des moyens de production aux réseaux techniques, aux travaux d-extension et aux projets d-implantation
  • Coordonner et suivre les intervenants externes afin de garantir la qualité, la conformité et la sécurité de leurs prestations
  • Mettre à jour les données techniques et les plans de maintenance, assurer le suivi des demandes d-intervention et contribuer à l-amélioration continue des installations

Profil ##

  • CFC dans les domaines du sanitaire, du froid, de la technique du bâtiment, de l-automatisation ou formation équivalente
  • Formation complémentaire de type Technicien ES ou Bachelor en technique du bâtiment, énergie, automatisation ou domaine équivalent, un atout
  • Expérience confirmée dans la maintenance d-installations techniques complexes, idéalement en environnement industriel
  • Connaissances des installations CVC, sanitaires, des systèmes de régulation et/ou des automatismes du bâtiment, selon le domaine de spécialisation
  • Maîtrise d-un système de gestion technique centralisée, d-un outil de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur et des outils informatiques usuels
  • Connaissances des installations hydrauliques et aérauliques, des réseaux techniques, de l-automation énergétique ou des protocoles de communication bâtiment, un atout
  • Capacité à gérer les urgences, à établir des priorités et à assurer un service de piquet selon les besoins
  • Rigueur, flexibilité, sens des responsabilités et respect des protocoles de sécurité
  • Aisance en communication, esprit d-équipe et orientation client
