Pour l-un de nos clients de renom dans le domaine de l-horlogerie, nous recherchons des Techniciens de maintenance bâtiments (H/F) pour accompagner le développement de ses activités dans la région. Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement des installations techniques d-un site industriel : chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, sanitaire et automatismes. Un poste polyvalent et concret, où votre expertise garantit chaque jour la disponibilité et la performance énergétique des bâtiments. Vos tâches : Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques du bâtiment : chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, sanitaire et automatismes Contrôler, régler et optimiser le fonctionnement des installations et des systèmes de régulation, pour garantir leur disponibilité et leur performance énergétique Diagnostiquer les pannes, traiter les alarmes techniques et réaliser les interventions nécessaires, dans le respect des priorités et des règles de sécurité Assurer le suivi des systèmes de supervision et de gestion technique centralisée, ainsi que des équipements de régulation et des automatismes du bâtiment Participer au raccordement des moyens de production aux réseaux techniques, aux travaux d-extension et aux projets d-implantation Coordonner et suivre les intervenants externes pour garantir la qualité, la conformité et la sécurité de leurs prestations Mettre à jour les données techniques et les plans de maintenance, suivre les demandes d-intervention et contribuer à l-amélioration continue des installations

Votre profil

Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, flexible et pleine de sens des responsabilités, avec le goût du service et du travail d-équipe. Vous avez : Un CFC dans les domaines du sanitaire, du froid, de la technique du bâtiment ou de l-automatisation, ou une formation équivalente Une expérience confirmée dans la maintenance d-installations techniques complexes, idéalement en environnement industriel Des connaissances des installations CVC, sanitaires, des systèmes de régulation et/ou des automatismes du bâtiment, selon votre spécialisation La maîtrise d-un système de gestion technique centralisée, d-un outil de GMAO et des outils informatiques usuels Une formation complémentaire de Technicien ES ou Bachelor en technique du bâtiment, énergie ou automatisation (un atout) Des connaissances des installations hydrauliques et aérauliques, des réseaux techniques, de l-automation énergétique ou des protocoles de communication bâtiment (un atout) Vous êtes : Capable de gérer les urgences, d-établir des priorités et d-assurer un service de piquet selon les besoins Respectueux·se des protocoles de sécurité À l-aise en communication, avec un bon esprit d-équipe et le sens du client
