Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Projektmanagement-Teams bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Projekten im Bereich Fabrikplanung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Analysen und Präsentationen für das Management
  • Unterstützung im Controlling durch Datenauswertung, Budgetkontrollen und Soll-Ist-Vergleiche
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen, Reportings und Dashboards
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Projektumfeld

Dein Profil:

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Controlling von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint), idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Tools wie SAP, MS Project und Power BI
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Arbeitszeit von 12-20h/Woche
