Rolls-Royce Deutschland: Das sind mehr als 3.500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter aus mehr als 50 Nationen, die gemeinsam für höchste Qualität stehen, wenn es um die Entwicklung, die Fertigung und den Service von Flugtriebwerken geht.

An unserem Sitz in Oberursel bei Frankfurt am Main werden High-Tech-Komponenten für zahlreiche Rolls-Royce Triebwerksprogramme hergestellt. Der Standort ist zudem Wartungszentrum für Kleingasturbinen für zahlreiche militärische Anwendungen.

Am Standort unterstützt ein Team von acht Projektleiter eine einzigartige Vielfalt an Projekten durch die z.B. neue Bauteile für zukünftige Flugzeugtriebwerke in die Produktion eingeführt werden. Die Vielfalt in unserem Team möchten wir gerne durch Dich erweitern.

Als Werkstudent im Projektmanagement-Team bist Du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützen der Projektleiter im Tagesgeschäft
  • Entwickeln von Kommunikationsplänen mit den Projektleitern
  • Erzeugen von Kommunikationsmitteln, die unsere Stakeholder bewegen
  • Vermitteln von Fertigkeiten zur Erstellung von Grafiken wie Flip-Chart Design, Rich Pictures, Sketch Notes
  • Unterstützen und Moderieren von Workshops inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Planen und Umsetzen von kleineren Verbesserungsprojekten

Qualifikationen:

  • Eingeschriebener Student an einer staatlich zugelassenen Hochschule, vorzugsweise in den Studiengängen Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign
  • Ausbildung zum Mediengestalter von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Marketing auf Unternehmens- oder Agenturseite von Vorteil
  • Freude am Lernen und Lehren
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
