Buscamos incorporar al equipo de Locativa un Asistente Legal Junior para acompañar la gestión y seguimiento de asuntos vinculados a contratos de locación, trabajando en contacto con inmobiliarias, clientes y distintas áreas internas de la empresa.

Tus desafíos serán:

  • Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de reclamos vinculados a contratos de locación.
  • Hacer seguimiento de casos de incumplimiento y coordinar con las partes involucradas.
  • Redactar y gestionar comunicaciones e intimaciones.
  • Controlar y realizar el seguimiento de plazos legales y administrativos.
  • Solicitar, recopilar y analizar documentación vinculada a cada caso.
  • Revisar conceptos e importes asociados a los reclamos.
  • Registrar y actualizar información en las herramientas internas de gestión.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los casos hasta su resolución.

Requisitos

Para postularte te pedimos que tengas:

  • Estudiante avanzado o graduado de Abogacía.
  • Perfil organizado, metódico y con capacidad para realizar seguimiento simultáneo de distintos casos.
  • Muy buena redacción y comunicación.
  • Atención al detalle y criterio para la revisión de documentación.
  • Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas digitales.
  • Capacidad para interactuar de manera clara y profesional con clientes, inmobiliarias y equipos internos.

Será un plus que cuentes con:

  • Se valorará experiencia y/o conocimientos en tareas legales, gestión de cobranzas, seguimiento de reclamos e intimaciones, contratos de locación y/o derecho inmobiliario.
