The posting

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel's Standard of Performance Manual.
  • Greet and seat guests, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests.
  • Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages being served.
  • Maintain positive guest relations and handle complaints and inquiries satisfactorily.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensure the proper upkeep of all service equipment.
  • Complete all service preparations before, during, and after service (mise en place and mise en scène).
  • Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
  • Actively apply upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Requirements

Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have a diploma or degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage, with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English, along with strong guest service and interpersonal skills, is essential.
