Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden im Vertriebsgebiet (B2B)
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und -bedarfen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Präsentation und Vorführung unserer Fahrzeuge/Produkte beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Mitwirkung bei Einweisungen von Fahrzeugen beim Kunden (bei Bedarf)
  • Erstellung von Entwürfen sowie Unterstützung bei Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Ausschreibungen
  • Technische Beratung in enger Abstimmung mit dem technischen Büro und der Projektleitung
  • Angebotsverfolgung, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Aufträgen
  • Betreuung von Kunden bei Rohbauabnahmen, Fahrzeugabholungen sowie auf Fachmessen
  • Pflege und Nutzung des CRM-Systems in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst

Ihr Profil

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, gerne auch Erfahrungen durch Weiterbildungen, die Sie für diese Position qualifizieren
  • Berufserfahrung im Außendienst
  • Erfahrung im Fahrzeug-/Nutzfahrzeugbereich oder technisches Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, Produkte zu erklären und vorzuführen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Abschlussstärke und eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen und idealerweise mit CRM-Systemen
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
