Ihre Aufgaben

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen: Du nimmst Anfragen per Ticketsystem, Telefon oder E-Mail entgegen, klassifizierst sie und bearbeitest sie im Rahmen des 1st-Level-Supports
  • Unterstützung bei Arbeitsplatz- und Anwenderproblemen: Du hilfst unter anderem bei Fragen zu Windows-Arbeitsplätzen, Standardsoftware, Benutzerkonten, Peripheriegeräten sowie Netzwerk- und Druckerproblemen
  • Support für Mitarbeitende im internationalen Umfeld: Du kommunizierst mit Anwenderinnen und Anwendern an unterschiedlichen Standorten und unterstützt sie bei technischen Anliegen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Dokumentation und Wissensmanagement: Du dokumentierst Lösungen und Bearbeitungsschritte nachvollziehbar im Ticketsystem und unterstützt beim Aufbau sowie bei der Pflege von FAQ- und Knowledge-Base-Artikeln
  • Weiterleitung und Nachverfolgung: Du eskalierst nicht unmittelbar lösbare Störungen an die zuständigen 2nd-Level- oder Fachabteilungen, verfolgst deren Bearbeitung und informierst die betroffenen Anwender über den Status

Ihr Profil

  • Du studierst beispielsweise Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management oder einen vergleichbaren technischen bzw. wirtschaftlich-technischen Studiengang
  • Technisches Grundverständnis: Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Windows, Microsoft-365-Anwendungen und gängiger Arbeitsplatzhardware
  • Service- und Kommunikationsorientierung: Du trittst freundlich, geduldig und lösungsorientiert auf und kannst technische Sachverhalte verständlich erklären
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse: Du kannst Supportanfragen schriftlich und mündlich sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch bearbeiten. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Du priorisierst Anfragen angemessen, dokumentierst sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Tickets den Überblick
  • Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Anwendungen und Prozesse ein, arbeitest gerne im Team und gehst verantwortungsvoll mit vertraulichen Informationen um
