ROTO DINAMIC, vodeći hrvatski distributer hrane i pića u području veleprodaje i specijalizirane maloprodaje te član Fortenova grupe, u potrazi je za novim članom prodajnog tima koji će upravljati razvojem kanala restorana na razini cijele Hrvatske. Riječ je o poziciji sa strateškim i cjelovitim pogledom na poslovanje kanala restorana, usmjerenoj na prepoznavanje potreba tržišta i stvaranje prilika za rast. Ovo nije klasična rukovoditeljska uloga s direktnim vođenjem prodajnog tima, već pozicija koja povezuje prodaju, nabavu, upravljanje asortimanom, zalihama i ostale ključne funkcije s ciljem razvoja kanala, unaprjeđenja suradnje i ostvarivanja poslovnih rezultata.

Ključne odgovornosti Voditelja kanala restorana su:

  • Praćenje prodajnih rezultata, profitabilnosti, ključnih pokazatelja uspješnosti te predlaganje aktivnosti za daljnji rast
  • Analiza potreba kupaca, tržišnih trendova i konkurentskog okruženja radi prepoznavanja novih poslovnih prilika
  • Definiranje tržišnih potencijala i razvojnih prioriteta uz fokus na dugoročni rast
  • Prepoznavanje prilika za uvođenje novih proizvoda te sudjelovanje u kreiranju asortimana
  • Pokretanje i praćenje prodajnih i promotivnih aktivnosti
  • Redoviti obilazak kupaca radi boljeg razumijevanja potreba i prilika
  • Praćenje provedbe dogovorenih aktivnosti i inicijativa
  • Izrada analiza, prijedloga i akcijskih planova za unaprjeđenje rezultata kanala

  • Spremni ste na rad na terenu, znate graditi odnose i prepoznavati nove poslovne prilike
