Vårt huvudkontor är i Vindeln, men vi har också kontor i Umeå Vi söker en Product Marketing Manager som ska kombinera teknik, kommunikation och digital utveckling för att skapa tydlig kundnytta och stärka vår affär. I den här nya rollen får du möjlighet att påverka hur vi presenterar våra produkter, utvecklar kunddialogen och använder ny teknik för att skapa smartare säljstöd. Du blir en viktig länk mellan säljorganisation, produktplanering och utvecklingsprojekt - med stort utrymme att driva idéer och utveckla nya arbetssätt. Rollen är en del av Marknadsavdelningen som ansvarar för marknadskommunikation och utbildning. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat bestå av:

Övergripande ansvara för produktrelaterat kommunikationsmaterial

Översätta produktfunktioner och teknik till tydlig kundnytta

Utveckla och administrera vårt CRM samt en helt ny kundportal

Implementera AI-lösningar som säljstöd både internt och externt

Baserat på Rototilts marknadsplan, säkerställa produkterbjudande, budskap och design på mässor

Du drivs av att skapa affärsresultat genom starka erbjudanden, kundinsikter och produktnära kommunikation. Du har ett strategiskt perspektiv och trivs samtidigt med att omsätta idéer till konkreta resultat. Att växla mellan helhet och detalj faller sig naturligt för dig, liksom att analysera, prioritera och fatta välgrundade beslut i en föränderlig miljö. Vi ser gärna att du har en akademisk utbildning inom exempelvis affärsutveckling, ekonomi eller marknadsföring, alternativt motsvarande kunskaper genom relevant arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har erfarenhet av flera områden, såsom tekniskt komplexa produkter, kommersiell analys och affärsutveckling samt digitalisering och moderna marknadsföringsverktyg. Som person är du analytisk, nyfiken och handlingskraftig. Du har lätt för att samarbeta, bygger förtroendefulla relationer och gillar att driva projekt från start till mål.
