Onze klant maakt deel uit van een IT Services group waarbij je zal focussen naar IT services voor KMO’s en zelfstandigen.

Ze groeien snel en zoeken een inhouse SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE die energie krijgt van klantcontact en deals spot als geen ander⚡

👊 Wat ga je doen?

✅ Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor prospecten en nieuwe klanten (KMO’s en zelfstandigen)

✅ Je zorgt vooral voor een sterke instroom van nieuwe opportuniteiten; je zal actief prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten via email, telefoon, Linkedin,… Je genereert dus kwalitatieve leads via outbound prospectie.

✅ Je volgt inkomende leads op als een pro, contacteert kmo’s en zelfstandigen, wekt interesse en plant afspraken in

✅ Je zal online kwalificatiemeetings uitvoeren om zo noden en opportuniteiten te detecteren.

✅ Je zorgt voor tevreden klanten: je onderhoudt goede klantenrelaties en ontdekt nieuwe upsell/cross-sell kansen.

✅ Je informeert prospecten en klanten over IT services & producten

✅ Je verwerkt alle interacties correct in het CRM systeem van de klant

✅ Je verwerkt bestellingen snel en klantgericht

✅ Je werkt samen met Sales en Marketing om campagnes en opvolging te optimaliseren

✅ Je rapporteert voortgang, resultaten en opportuniteiten aan de Sales Manager

🎯 Wat breng jij mee?

✔️ Commerciële skills (idealiter heb je een eerste commerciële/prospectie-ervaring)

✔️ Je bent vlot, gestructureerd, communicatief en denkt commercieel

✔️ Interesse in IT (voorkennis mag maar is niet vereist)

✔️ Je hebt een heel goede kennis Nederlands

✔️ Je bent resultaats- en targetdriven
