Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Paie, vous avez en charge de recueillir, contrôler et traiter les éléments constitutifs de la rémunération mais également d'assurer la gestion administrative (Gestion des congés, des dossiers liés à la maladie, …) de chaque salarié. De plus, vous garantissez la fiabilité des déclarations sociales (URSSAF, Retraite, Prévoyance, …)

🔧 Vos missions

  • Préparer les bulletins de paie en collectant et en analysant toutes les informations nécessaires (temps de travail, congés payés, RTT, heures supplémentaires, primes, taxes, cotisations, maladie, augmentation, acomptes, etc…)
  • Gestion de la maladie dans sa complétude
  • Contrôler et effectuer la saisie des données relatives à l’élaboration des bulletins de paie dans le logiciel de Paie
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration des fiches de paie dans le respect de la réglementation du travail, de la législation, et de la politique RH de l’entreprise.
  • Contribuer à la fiabilité des données utilisées dans le Système d’Information RH
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour du logiciel de paie
  • Établir les déclarations sociales, en particulier la DSN
  • Assurer les relations avec les organismes sociaux
  • Assurer l’application du droit social et du droit du travail (rémunération, durée du travail, congés, …)
  • Gèrer les formalités d’embauche (DPAE, documents constitutifs du dossier personnel, …) et les formalités liées au départ d’un salarié (Solde de tout compte, attestation "France Travail", Portabilité, …)
  • Contribuer à l’archivage des données personnelles
  • Accompagner le modernisation des process et des outils
