Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, le technicien contrôle réalise des activités de contrôle conformément au dossier d’exécution et aux règles d’Hygiène – Sécurité en vigueur tout en assurant la Qualité, le Coût et les Délais (le bon respect du planning de production)

Il est également amené à participer à des actions de progrès et des projets d’amélioration continue.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Contrôler les pièces selon les règles établies

  • Préparer les équipements de contrôle (calibration, mise en place des montages, palpeurs etc… selon les FIP et les règles de l’art)
  • Participer à la mise au point des programmes le cas échéant
  • Approvisionner les moyens en pièces à contrôler
  • Exécuter les opérations de contrôle manuelles
  • Piloter et surveiller les moyens de contrôle (machines automatiques ou semi automatiques)
  • Renseigner les supports de suivi de production (Qualité, ERP etc…)
  • Assurer les nettoyages, le stockage et conditionnement des outillages
  • Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des moyens de contrôle

Participer à des actions de progrès

  • Assurer les 5S de son poste et de son environnement
  • Être force de proposition visant à améliorer la Productivité, la Qualité et la Sécurité
  • Participer aux chantiers d’amélioration de la société

Respecter les règles de Sécurité – Hygiène – Environnement

  • Respecter et appliquer les consignes et procédures liées au Système de Gestion de la Sécurité et de prévention des accidents

✔️ Connaissance des machines de contrôle réalisant le contrôle des pièces

✔️ Lecture de plan

✔️ Connaissance en analyse de la cotation ISO-GPS, tolérancement géométrique.

✔️ Programmation sur logiciel de mesure 3D MMT ou certification Cofrend Ressuage (PT) serait un réel plus.
