Rattaché au Responsable du Service Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs au sein de la Direction Qualité Groupe, le support AQF accompagne les responsables qualité Fournisseurs dans le pilotage d’un portefeuille de fournisseurs dans le respect des processus de management de la qualité, de la règlementation en vigueur et des exigences de qualité, de coûts, de délais.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Piloter/Assurer le traitement des événements qualité (FE, dérogation fournisseurs, réclamations fournisseurs) et la mise en œuvre des actions correctives en collaboration avec l’AQF
  • Participer aux revues de production (QRQC) afin de faire remonter les problématiques qualité fournisseurs, partager les avancements des dossiers ouverts et présenter un avancement des crises qualité fournisseurs (4D)
  • Piloter les revues de traitement des faits technique sur les matières entrantes au magasin (MRB)
  • Créer les gammes de contrôle d’entrée dans le logiciel dédié (QUALAXY) sur demande des clients internes et à partir de l’indicateur dédié
  • Mettre à jour les indicateurs qualité relatifs aux fournisseurs (Fiches Événements, dérogation fournisseurs, réclamations, rebuts, audits fournisseurs, non-conformités, etc.)
  • Participer à l’évaluation des fournisseurs en étroite collaboration avec les interlocuteurs achats/SPM.
  • S’assurer de la bonne prise en compte par nos fournisseurs des exigences techniques et qualité
  • Accompagner la réalisation d’audits et participer aux revues chez les fournisseurs dans le but d’identifier en amont les risques qualité éventuels en collaboration avec l’AQF
