The Trainee Talent Acquisition position at Royal Ocean Marine offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in recruitment and human resources. In this role, you will be involved in supporting the talent acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop your skills and gain practical experience in managing recruitment processes.

This role is ideal for candidates who have a keen interest in recruitment and are motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic HR environment.
