Customer Engagement Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Join Royal Organisation’s customer-facing sales team and help our clients connect with potential customers through direct engagement.

This role involves face-to-face outreach, explaining client offerings and supporting customer acquisition. Applicants from different professional backgrounds are welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage potential customers at assigned campaign locations.
  • Present client products, services and campaign information accurately.
  • Listen to customer questions and respond professionally.
  • Assist interested customers with the sales or sign-up process.
  • Contribute to individual and team sales objectives.
