Wil jij werken met grote installaties, duidelijke processen én zichtbaar resultaat van je werk? Bij Brouwerij Bavaria wordt 24/7 bier gebrouwen dat je wereldwijd terugziet in supermarkten, horeca en op feesten en festivals. Wat jij vandaag doet in het brouwhuis, proef je later terug in het glas, want hier leggen we de basis voor smaak en kwaliteit.

Samen met zo’n 40 betrokken collega’s hou je het brouwproces en de installaties in topconditie. Je werkt met moderne hightech installaties en slimme automatisering, afwisselend vanuit de controlekamer én op de werkvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en controleert de installaties in de brouwerij.
  • Je bewaakt met een hecht team, geleid door een teamleider, het brouwproces van brouwen en gisten tot lageren en filtreren.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert procesgegevens.
  • Je signaleert en verhelpt afwijkingen in het proces.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor smaak, kwaliteit en continuïteit en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in veiligheid en efficiëntie van het proces.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4, bijvoorbeeld in Procestechniek of Levensmiddelentechnologie, en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een brouwerij of voedingsmiddelenbedrijf van vergelijkbare grootte.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent een echte aanpakker.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig bij afwijkingen in het proces.
  • Je wilt jezelf ontwikkelen, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en werkt volgens onze kernwaarden: Eigenaarschap, Ondernemerschap en Samenwerken.
