Wil jij jouw kennis van de Nederlandse Marine inzetten om innovatieve maritieme oplossingen te realiseren? Royal IHC is wereldwijd toonaangevend in het ontwerpen en bouwen van schepen, equipment en het uitvoeren van onderhoudsprojecten voor de maritieme sector. Voor onze Defence-activiteiten zoeken wij een ervaren Accountmanager Defensie die het bedrijfsleven verbindt met de Nederlandse Marine.

Jouw rol

Als Accountmanager Defensie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten binnen de Nederlandse Marine. Je begrijpt hun uitdagingen en weet deze te vertalen naar oplossingen uit het Royal IHC-portfolio: van specialistische equipment tot complete schepen en grootschalige onderhoudsprojecten. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en draagt bij aan het versterken van de operationele slagkracht van de Marine.

Je draagt direct bij aan de inzetbaarheid en effectiviteit van de Nederlandse Marine. Door jouw kennis en netwerk zorg je ervoor dat innovatieve oplossingen van Royal IHC – van schepen tot specialistische equipment – beschikbaar komen voor kritieke operaties en onderhoudsprogramma’s. Jij bent de verbindende schakel die ervoor zorgt dat technologie en praktijk samenkomen, waardoor de Marine haar strategische doelen kan realiseren en Nederland veilig blijft op zee.

Kerntaken:

  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk binnen de Nederlandse Marine, met focus op COMMIT en DMI.
  • Signaleren van kansen en vertalen naar concrete projecten en offertes.
  • Adviseren over inzet van Royal IHC-producten en diensten om de Marine te ondersteunen.
  • Coördineren van het commerciële proces in samenwerking met interne teams.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van Royal IHC bij relevante bijeenkomsten en evenementen.

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal 10 tot 15 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring bij de Nederlandse Marine.
  • Uitstekend netwerk binnen COMMIT en DMI.
  • Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Kennis op het gebied van maritieme techniek (bijvoorbeeld scheepsbouw, onderhoud of marine equipment).
  • Affiniteit met complexe maritieme projecten en technologie.
  • Ondernemend, resultaatgericht en in staat om bruggen te slaan tussen overheid en bedrijfsleven.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Bereidheid tot het ondergaan van een veiligheidsonderzoek.

Wat biedt royal IHC:

  • Een salaris tussen €8.500,- en €9.500,- bruto per maand, plus 8% vakantiegeld.

  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer voor de dagen dat je naar kantoor reist.
