Ben jij een Business Controller die energie krijgt van productie, projecten en de dynamiek van de operatie? Iemand die niet alleen achteraf rapporteert, maar de business vooruit helpt door tijdig inzicht, scherpe analyses en duidelijke keuzes? Dan is dit een rol waarin je écht het verschil kunt maken. Om onze Supply Centers verder te versterken, zoeken wij een Business Controller die zich comfortabel voelt op de werkvloer én aan tafel bij het management.

Jouw rol

Als Business Controller ben jij de financiële businesspartner voor vier Supply Centers. Je bevindt je midden in de organisatie en werkt intensief samen met productie, projectteams en management. Jij vertaalt wat er op de vloer gebeurt naar heldere financiële inzichten, zodat de business tijdig kan bijsturen.

De organisatie heeft behoefte aan voorspelbaarheid, transparantie en grip. Jij zorgt ervoor dat cijfers niet verrassen, maar juist helpen om vooruit te kijken. Dat betekent: vroeg signaleren, scenario’s doorrekenen en proactief adviseren.

Deze rol combineert hands-on control met strategisch meedenken en biedt veel ruimte om processen slimmer, overzichtelijker en toekomstbestendiger in te richten.

Wat ga je doen?

Financiële sturing & inzicht

  • Opstellen, bewaken en actualiseren van budgetten, forecasts en meerjarenplannen.
  • Vertalen van productie- en capaciteitsplannen naar financiële scenario’s.
  • Analyseren van marges, kostenontwikkelingen en financiële risico’s.
  • Zorgen voor tijdige en betrouwbare stuurinformatie voor management en operatie.

Project- en productiecontrol

  • Inrichten en bewaken van projectstructuren in het ERP-systeem (IFS).
  • Opstellen van projectforecast, cost-to-complete en marge-analyses.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen in projecten en productie en voorstellen doen voor bijsturing.
  • Ondersteunen bij pricing, calculaties en commerciële afwegingen.

Performance & samenwerking met de business

  • Inzicht geven in uren, productiviteit, bezetting en overhead.
  • Meedenken over capaciteitsvraagstukken en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Maandelijkse rapportages opstellen en bespreken met management en productie.
  • Actief schakelen met afdelingen op de werkvloer: jij spreekt hun taal.

Business partnering & ontwikkeling

  • Sparringpartner voor directie en management van de Supply Centers.
  • Adviseren bij investeringen, make-or-buy beslissingen en kostenoptimalisatie.
  • Verbeteren en harmoniseren van financiële processen en rapportages.
  • Bijdragen aan verdere digitalisering, dashboards en ERP-optimalisatie.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo of WO opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Accounting (of vergelijkbaar).
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in finance of controlling, bij voorkeur in een productie- of projectomgeving.
  • Sterk in kostprijsberekeningen, projectcontrol en financiële analyses.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals IFS of SAP) en tools als Excel en Power BI.
  • Je voelt je prettig dicht op de operatie en weet mensen mee te nemen in cijfers.
  • Analytisch sterk, pragmatisch en communicatief vaardig.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Royal IHC biedt jou:

  • Een salaris tussen €4080,- en €6642,- bruto per maand, plus 8% vakantiegeld.

Over de Supply Centers

De Supply Centers van Royal IHC bestaan uit IHC Metalix, IHC Piping, IHC Interior en IHC Machining. Dit zijn gespecialiseerde productieomgevingen die samen een essentiële schakel vormen in de keten van Royal IHC en ook zelfstandig voor externe klanten werken.
