Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het realiseren van onze strategische uitdagingen binnen de Montage en Service afdelingen?

Als onze Coördinator Montage Operations & Service bij IHC Piping ondersteun je de integratie van de montageafdelingen, bouw je mee aan een nieuwe serviceorganisatie en faciliteer je procesverbeteringen en innovatie. Je werkt nauw samen met supervisors, fabrieks- en engineeringteams en draagt direct bij aan het succes van onze projecten en serviceactiviteiten. Je levert daarnaast een actieve bijdrage aan het opzetten en uitbouwen van Piping montagewerk in nieuwe markten zoals jachtbouw, offshore & construction en alternatieve brandstoffen.

Jouw baan:

  • Coördineren van Lean- en digitaliseringsinitiatieven (modulaire bouw, dashboards, data-analyse) en inrichten van continue verbetering (ADKAR/Kotter-methodiek).
  • Harmoniseren van processen, werkinstructies over locaties (teamdynamiek & leiderschap).
  • Optimaliseren en beheren van planning en capaciteitsmanagement voor montage en service.
  • Implementeren van issue- en meerwerkprocessen en proactief risicomanagement.
  • Opzetten en implementeren van serviceprocessen (inmeten, 3D-scannen, refits, onderhoud, spoelen, persen).
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van marktontwikkeling voor Piping montage in jachtbouw, offshore & construction en alternatieve brandstoffen.
  • Ondersteunen van supervisors met het bewaken van doorlooptijd, kwaliteit en budget.
  • Faciliteren van stakeholder- en klantmanagement: ondersteunen bij heldere communicatie met fabriek, onderaannemers en klanten.
  • Toepassen van Change Management om een sterk presterend Montage team neer te zetten.

Jouw profiel:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (Techniek, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar).
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met teamcoördinatie, procesverbetering en planning.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, analytisch vermogen en resultaatgericht.
  • Affiniteit met industriële productie, service en innovatie.
  • Interesse in marktontwikkeling en nieuwe technologieën binnen Piping montage.
  • Bereidheid om Piping-kennis en veiligheidscertificaten (VCA-VOL) te ontwikkelen.

Wij bieden:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.719 en €5.771 + 8% vakantiebijslag
  • Goede werk/prive balans met 40 vakantiedagen (waarvan 13 ADV dagen) met de mogelijkheid tot het (ver)kopen van verlof.
  • Daarnaast ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer.
  • Je krijgt korting op de aanvullende zorgverzekering van VGZ en winstdelingsregeling.
  • Een middelloon pensioenregeling via PME waarin zaken bij onverhoopt overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid of werkeloosheid goed geregeld zijn.
  • Ook heeft Royal IHC een Sociaal Fonds waaruit zorg- en aanverwante kosten deels vergoed kunnen worden die niet onder je zorgverzekering vallen.
  • Je krijgt een opleidingsbudget van €1500,- per drie jaar. We beschikken over onze eigen ‘IHC Academy’ met meer dan 21.000 (externe) trainingen.

Wij zijn een toonaangevende organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in de fabricage en de installatie van pijpleidingen voor diverse sectoren, waaronder de scheepsbouw, jachtbouw, defensie en procesindustrie. Onze pijpleidingen worden gebruikt voor een breed scala aan toepassingen variërend van hydraulische systemen tot alternatieve brandstoffen zoals waterstof.
