Voor onze projecten in Vietnam zijn we op zoek naar een: Supervisor Accommodatiebouw Buitenland.

Als Supervisor Accommodatiebouw ben jij namens Royal IHC hét aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je begeleidt de afbouw van accommodaties aan boord van schepen en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, volgens planning en met de gewenste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt dagelijks samen met lokale onderaannemers, de werforganisatie en collega’s uit het projectteam.

Dankzij jouw technische kennis, praktische instelling en natuurlijke leiderschap weet je mensen te verbinden en projecten succesvol naar de eindstreep te brengen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van lokale onderaannemers en montageploegen.
  • Bewaken van de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen, risico’s en verbeterpunten.
  • Afstemmen met de Site Manager en het projectteam in Nederland.
  • Ondersteunen bij technische vraagstukken en praktische uitdagingen op de werf.
  • Begeleiden van inspecties, opleveringen en overdrachtsmomenten.
  • Bewaken van meer- en minderwerk en hierover rapporteren.

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting (scheeps)interieurbouw, afbouw of techniek.
  • Ervaring als Supervisor, Uitvoerder, Voorman of vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van uitvoerende teams en onderaannemers.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Bereidheid om te werken volgens een internationaal rotatieschema (8 weken op / 3 weken af of 6 weken op / 2 weken af).
  • Een zelfstandige, praktische en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Kennis van projectmatig werken en kwaliteitsbewaking.
