Você vai coordenar a equipe que executa as rotinas de financeiro, faturamento, logística e departamento de pessoas. O foco não é fazer a tarefa, é garantir que ela aconteça no prazo, com o custo certo e com informação confiável para a liderança decidir.

  • Coordenar a equipe administrativa, distribuindo demandas, definindo prioridades e acompanhando performance;
  • Acompanhar a rotina financeira executada pelo time: contas a pagar e receber, conciliação, fluxo de caixa, inadimplência e controle orçamentário;
  • Garantir que o faturamento ocorra no prazo, acompanhando a emissão de notas, o tratamento de exceções e o fechamento mensal;
  • Acompanhar a operação logística: programação de entregas, roteirização, contratação de frete, custo por entrega e cumprimento de prazo;
  • Coordenar a execução das rotinas de departamento pessoal: folha, ponto, férias, admissões, rescisões, obrigações legais e convenção coletiva;
  • Apoiar a execução das rotinas de RH conduzidas pela empresa: recrutamento, integração, treinamento e avaliação de desempenho;
  • Estruturar e otimizar processos, fluxos e controles internos;
  • Organizar e apresentar os indicadores da área para a liderança;
  • Fazer interface com fornecedores, transportadores, contabilidade e áreas internas;
  • Garantir cumprimento de políticas, prazos legais e padrões de qualidade.
  • Ensino Superior (completo ou cursando) em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão de RH, Logística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em coordenação ou supervisão de equipe administrativa;
  • Base sólida em rotina financeira: contas a pagar e receber, conciliação e fluxo de caixa;
  • Conhecimento prático de rotina de departamento pessoal, CLT e convenção coletiva;
  • Conhecimento de faturamento e documentos fiscais suficiente para conferir, questionar e acionar quem resolve;
  • Noção de operação logística: formação de custo de frete, roteirização e prazo de entrega;
  • Domínio de Excel em nível de análise e vivência com ERP.
