Estamos em busca de um(a) Vendedor(a) de Autopeças para atuar presencialmente, atendendo clientes de balcão, telefone e WhatsApp, ajudando a encontrar a peça certa e garantindo uma experiência de compra incrível.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Atender clientes no balcão e canais digitais, entendendo a necessidade de cada um;
  • Identificar e cotar peças automotivas em sistema e catálogos;
  • Negociar preços, prazos e condições de pagamento;
  • Registrar pedidos e orçamentos no sistema interno;
  • Acompanhar separação e entrega das peças vendidas;
  • Dar suporte pós-venda, tirando dúvidas e resolvendo problemas;
  • Realizar prospecção e reativação de clientes, fortalecendo o relacionamento comercial e identificando novas oportunidades de negócios;
  • Colaborar com o time para bater metas e melhorar resultados.
  • Experiência prévia com vendas ou atendimento ao cliente (autopeças, varejo ou similar);
  • Conhecimento básico de peças automotivas ou forte interesse em aprender;
  • Boa comunicação, postura consultiva e foco em atendimento ao cliente;
  • Organização para registrar pedidos e acompanhar o fluxo de vendas.
