Somos referência em pneus automotivos, com foco em atendimento consultivo e relacionamento de longo prazo. Buscamos alguém que goste de visitar clientes, entender necessidades e gerar resultados consistentes.

  • Mapear e visitar diariamente clientes potenciais na região (frotistas, oficinas, auto centers e revendas), mantendo uma rotina intensa de novos contatos presenciais;
  • Focar na conversão de novos clientes e no aumento do faturamento da carteira, identificando demandas imediatas e ampliando o mix de produtos oferecidos;
  • Agendar e realizar reuniões de negociação direta com compradores e tomadores de decisão, apresentando propostas competitivas e contornando objeções de preço e prazo no ato;
  • Elaborar cotações com agilidade e garantir um acompanhamento (follow-up) rigoroso até o fechamento do pedido, mantendo o funil aquecido;
  • Identificar movimentações do mercado concorrente, oportunidades em grandes frotas e novos estabelecimentos do segmento automotivo;
  • Registrar diariamente o itinerário de visitas, históricos de negociação e resultados no sistema/CRM para acompanhar seus próprios indicadores de desempenho;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com o time de suporte/estoque/logística para garantir agilidade na entrega dos pedidos e máxima satisfação do cliente.
  • Experiência prévia como Vendedor / Executivo de Vendas;
  • Vivência com vendas B2B;
  • Habilidade em negociação, relacionamento e pós-venda;
  • Disponibilidade para visitas externas;
  • CNH ativa e facilidade para se deslocar na região;
  • Organização para gestão de carteira, metas e indicadores.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no segmento automotivo, pneus ou autopeças;
  • Atuação prévia com clientes frotistas, oficinas ou transportadoras;
  • Conhecimento básico de CRM ou ferramentas de gestão de vendas.
