Oportunidade: Analista de Suporte de TI N1 Ira atuar como Analista de Suporte de TI N1, prestando atendimento aos usuários e suporte técnico em primeiro nível, garantindo agilidade na resolução de chamados e o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos e recursos de TI. Principais responsabilidades: - Atendimento e registro de chamados de TI; - Suporte aos usuários presencialmente e/ou remotamente; - Suporte a notebooks, desktops, monitores e periféricos; - Configuração e manutenção básica de notebooks e computadores; - Instalação e configuração de softwares; - Suporte básico a Windows e ferramentas corporativas; - Criação, configuração e manutenção básica de acessos e usuários; - Suporte básico a rede, Wi-Fi, impressoras e demais recursos de infraestrutura; - Identificação e diagnóstico inicial de problemas de hardware e software; - Acompanhamento e atualização dos chamados até a resolução; - Escalonamento de incidentes para equipes de N2/N3 quando necessário; - Apoio nas rotinas de inventário e controle dos ativos de TI; - Apoio à infraestrutura de TI conforme necessidade. Requisitos: - Experiência prévia com suporte técnico ou atendimento de TI; - Conhecimentos básicos em Windows; Conhecimentos de hardware e manutenção de notebooks/desktops; - Noções de redes (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi); - Conhecimento básico de Microsoft 365/Office; - Familiaridade com ferramentas de abertura e gestão de chamados; - Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento ao usuário; - Organização e capacidade de priorização de chamados. Diferenciais: - Conhecimento em Microsoft 365; - Experiência com ferramentas de acesso remoto; - Conhecimento básico de redes e infraestrutura; - Experiência com inventário e gestão de ativos de TI; - ITIL ou experiência trabalhando com SLA. Modelo de atuação: Presencial de segunda a sexta - Farroupilha/ RS
