Oportunidade: Arquiteto de Engenharia - Sênior Requisitos: Experiência sólida como Software Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Principal Engineer ou função equivalente; Experiência comprovada atuando em ambientes com múltiplas squads e times de engenharia; Forte conhecimento de arquitetura de software e engenharia de sistemas; Experiência na definição de padrões e guidelines técnicos; Capacidade de atuar como referência técnica para Tech Leads e equipes de desenvolvimento; Conhecimento de arquitetura distribuída, APIs, integrações, escalabilidade e boas práticas de desenvolvimento; Experiência com tomada de decisões técnicas de alta complexidade; Forte conhecimento de qualidade de código, padrões de desenvolvimento e processos de engenharia; Excelente capacidade de comunicação, influência e alinhamento entre diferentes equipes; Perfil estratégico, mas também hands-on quando necessário; Atividades: Definir e disseminar padrões, princípios e guidelines técnicos para o ecossistema de engenharia; Atuar como referência arquitetônica para as diferentes squads; Alinhar e orientar os Tech Leads, garantindo consistência nas decisões técnicas; Definir e evoluir arquiteturas de soluções, considerando escalabilidade, segurança, performance e manutenção; Promover integração entre as squads, evitando silos técnicos e organizacionais; Apoiar decisões técnicas de alta complexidade e direcionar a resolução de problemas; Avaliar e recomendar tecnologias, frameworks, ferramentas e padrões de desenvolvimento; Garantir a adoção de boas práticas de engenharia de software e qualidade de código; Estabelecer padrões para desenvolvimento, integração e evolução das soluções; Atuar de forma próxima aos times de engenharia para identificar riscos, dependências e oportunidades de melhoria; Apoiar os Tech Leads na tomada de decisões arquiteturais e técnicas; Contribuir para a evolução dos processos de engenharia, buscando maior eficiência, qualidade e produtividade; Promover uma visão integrada do ecossistema tecnológico, garantindo que as decisões das squads estejam alinhadas à estratégia técnica global.
