Oportunidade: AI Engineer Pleno | AI Automation - Sênior Requisitos: • Experiência com desenvolvimento em Python (APIs, automações, integrações). • Experiência prática com LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, Gemini ou modelos open source) e engenharia de prompts. • Desenvolvimento de agentes de IA com LangChain e LangGraph: tool calling, memória, fluxos multi-etapas e orquestração de múltiplos agentes. • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): embeddings, chunking e bancos vetoriais (pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS ou similares). • Integração com APIs REST e sistemas corporativos para automação de processos de ponta a ponta. • Construção de serviços com FastAPI ou Flask, Docker e Git com CI/CD. • Vivência com pelo menos uma nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP) para deploy de soluções de IA. Desejáveis • Avaliação e observabilidade de LLMs (LangSmith, Langfuse, RAGAS ou similares) e guardrails. • MCP (Model Context Protocol) e integração de agentes com ferramentas externas. • Ferramentas de automação e orquestração (n8n, Airflow, RPA). • Otimização de custo e latência no uso de LLMs (cache, escolha de modelo, controle de tokens). • Noções de segurança e privacidade de dados aplicadas a IA (LGPD, dados sensíveis). Atividades: • Desenvolver agentes de IA e fluxos com LLMs em Python, usando LangChain e LangGraph. • Mapear processos de negócio e identificar oportunidades de automação com IA. • Implementar pipelines de RAG sobre bases de conhecimento e documentos internos. • Integrar agentes a sistemas, APIs e bancos de dados da empresa. • Avaliar, monitorar e melhorar a qualidade das respostas, a latência e o custo das soluções. • Colocar as soluções em produção com testes, versionamento e documentação.
