Vaga: Consultor Especialista Sênior Oracle ERP Cloud – Contas a Receber/Ordem de Venda/Faturamento Atuara em projetos de implementação e transformação digital, conduzindo iniciativas end-to-end desde a definição dos requisitos até o Go-Live e estabilização da solução. O profissional será responsável por liderar o desenho funcional da solução, apoiar decisões estratégicas do cliente e garantir a adoção das melhores práticas do Oracle Cloud para os processos de faturamento, cobrança, recebimentos e gestão de contas a receber. Perfil Procurado Profissional sênior com sólida experiência em Oracle ERP Cloud Receivables, capaz de liderar frentes funcionais de implementação, apoiar decisões estratégicas do cliente, conduzir workshops executivos e garantir a entrega de soluções aderentes às melhores práticas do Oracle Cloud para os processos de faturamento, cobrança e contas a receber. Principais Responsabilidades Liderar workshops de levantamento e validação de requisitos de negócio. Conduzir análises Fit-Gap e definição do desenho futuro dos processos. Configurar e parametrizar o sistema. Definir junto com cliente as regras de faturamento, cobrança, recebimentos e contabilização. Elaborar documentação funcional e especificações de configuração. Apoiar o desenho de integrações entre Oracle ERP Cloud e sistemas satélites. Atuar na estratégia e execução de migração de dados. Liderar ciclos de testes (CRP, SIT, UAT e Cutover). Capacitar usuários-chave e apoiar ações de gestão da mudança. Apoiar atividades de Go-Live, Hypercare e transição para sustentação. Atuar como referência funcional junto ao cliente, gestores e equipes técnicas. Experiência Obrigatória Vasta experiência em implementação de sistemas ERP. Experiência em diversas implementações Oracle Cloud ERP completas (end-to-end). Experiência comprovada na condução de workshops executivos e funcionais. Vivência em transformação de processos financeiros. Experiência em ambientes corporativos de médio e grande porte. Experiência geração de relatórios OTBI e BI Publisher. Participação em projetos com múltiplas integrações e migração de dados. Conhecimento em segurança e controles de acesso Oracle Cloud Competências Comportamentais Forte capacidade analítica e visão de processo. Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Perfil consultivo com foco em geração de valor para o cliente. Facilidade para conduzir workshops e apresentações executivas. Proatividade e senso de dono. Capacidade de atuar em ambientes complexos e multifuncionais. Gestão de prioridades e resolução de problemas. Liderança técnica e influência sobre equipes multidisciplinares. Modelo de atuação: Remoto, com disponibilidade para idas esporádicas a Joinville.
