The posting

Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We’re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game.

The Product Manager is responsible for driving product initiatives within the casino area, from problem discovery through to delivery handoff and outcome measurement. Working under the guidance of the Director, Casino Product Management, this role owns day-to-day stakeholder engagement, problem definition, initiative shaping, and roadmap management within the casino product vertical, encompassing areas such as game content and merchandising, lobby experience and navigation, promotions and bonusing mechanics, and core gameplay features across casino games.

Product Managers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, validate problems, and shape well-defined epics. They are expected to be hands-on practitioners who bring analytical rigor, player empathy, and commercial awareness to every initiative.

This role requires a strong understanding of the online casino ecosystem, including slot and live dealer game mechanics, lobby merchandising and discovery, bonusing and free-play structures, and the player engagement loops that drive casino-specific retention and monetization. The Product Manager will work closely with Casino Operations, Data, and CRM teams to ensure the game catalog, lobby experience, and promotional mechanics reflect player preferences and deliver measurable engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes. Operating within the fast-paced and highly regulated online gaming and sports betting industry, success in this role depends on strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and an understanding of the regulatory landscape that shapes product decisions across multiple markets.

Our mission is to engage and delight players by delivering fun, fair, friendly, and focused experiences. We are committed to transparency, responsible gaming, and building an award-winning platform that provides exciting, differentiated, and personalized offerings to our customers.

  • Communicate roadmap updates, initiative status, and outcomes clearly and consistently

Ideation & Initiative Shaping

  • Collaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering to ideate product solutions that address validated problems
  • Shape initiatives into well-defined epics, including: Clear problem statement and context Value hypothesis and expected impact Success metrics and measurement approach High-level solution direction and scope Initial wireframes or conceptual designs where applicable

Roadmap Management

  • Contribute to and maintain the product roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy set by senior product leadership
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance

Outcome Ownership & Impact Assessment

  • Define success metrics for each initiative and ensure proper measurement is in place
  • Evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives against expected outcomes
  • Take accountability for results, identifying gaps and recommending follow-up actions

  • Leverage analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and player behavior data to inform product discovery, prioritization, and post-launch evaluation

  • Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes

Regulatory & Responsible Gaming Awareness

  • Factor regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, and market-specific compliance considerations into product decisions within your area
  • Support responsible gaming principles by ensuring product features align with player safety and responsible play standards
  • Stay informed on relevant regulations across RSI’s operating markets and flag product implications to senior leadership

Personalization & Player Experience

  • Contribute to product initiatives that enhance personalization, player engagement, and retention within your area
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Data teams to support tailored player journeys and differentiated offerings
  • Advocate for the player experience in product decisions, ensuring alignment with RSI’s mission

Collaboration with Technology & Product Delivery

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
