· Prepare accurate and timely performance analytics and reporting for clients, funds, regulators, GIPS composites, and internal stakeholders, with guidance as needed.

· Support research into performance methodologies and contribute to improvements in analytics and reporting quality.

· Investigate performance questions, identify discrepancies, and escalate complex issues while supporting the development of practical solutions.

Automation & Technology

· Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Python-based applications and automation solutions that simplify business processes and reduce manual work.

· Contribute to automated reporting pipelines, reconciliation tools, monitoring solutions, reusable Python libraries, and internal applications that improve operational efficiency.

· Write and maintain SQL queries that support investment analytics, reporting, data validation, and automation initiatives.

· Assist with integrating enterprise data sources and external platforms through APIs and data exchange technologies including REST, JSON, and XML.

· Use approved AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to support solution delivery and team productivity.

· Support performance and reporting readiness activities for new client launches and portfolio onboarding.

· Collaborate with Investment Data, Risk, Technology, Product, Client Service, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors to support reporting and analytical solutions.

· Support enhancements to reporting platforms including Vermilion, Morningstar, SS&C, and related reporting ecosystems.

· Contribute to the standardization of reporting processes and deliverables to improve consistency and reduce operational risk.

· Document business processes, methodologies, technical designs, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and governance.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

· Identify and communicate opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve performance measurement and reporting processes.

· Develop knowledge of investment performance, attribution, financial markets, data management, software engineering, and AI technologies.

· Support team initiatives related to reporting modernization, return analytics, automation, and internal application development.

· Participate in continuous improvement efforts and suggest practical ways to improve team processes and outcomes.

Your Expertise:

· Relevant experience, internship, or academic project work in investment performance, investment reporting, financial technology, investment analytics, or a related analytical discipline preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
