Du möchtest dein Finance-Know-how dort einsetzen, wo Prozesse zusammenlaufen und neue Lösungen entstehen? Bei Russmedia arbeitest du an vielfältigen Themen im Rechnungswesen – von Projekten in der Buchhaltung bis zur Konzernkonsolidierung. Dabei verbindest du fachliche Expertise mit einer praktischen Hands-on-Mentalität und gestaltest Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest bei Projekten im Bereich Buchhaltung und Controlling mit und übernimmst je nach Thema auch die eigenständige Verantwortung für Teilprojekte.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen praxistaugliche Lösungen, Standards und Verbesserungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Konzernkonsolidierung und klärst dabei bilanzielle und konzerninterne Fragestellungen.
  • Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung von Abschluss-, Reporting- und Konsolidierungsprozessen sowie der dafür eingesetzten Systeme mit.
  • Du koordinierst Aufgaben und Informationen mit internen Ansprechpartner:innen und externen Partner:innen und sorgst für eine verlässliche Umsetzung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Rechnungswesen oder Accounting.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen; Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung
  • Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Konsolidierungssystemen sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Eine strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, Themen zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungen umzusetzen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, fachliche Inhalte verständlich mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen abzustimmen.
