Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine vertriebsstarke und unternehmerische Persönlichkeit, die bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiterentwickelt, unser Agenturgeschäft stärkt und gemeinsam mit uns neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten erschließt.

  • Du verantwortest den Verkauf von Anzeigen und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen im B2B-Umfeld nachhaltig weiter.
  • Du gewinnst neue Kund:innen und baust dein Netzwerk aus
  • Du entwickelst mit uns gemeinsam unser bestehenden Agenturgeschäft weiter
  • Du beobachtest Markt- und Kundenentwicklungen, leitest daraus Impulse ab und bringst diese in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots ein.
  • Du übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung und entwickelst dich perspektivisch in eine Führungsrolle weiter.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Anzeigenverkauf, im Mediengeschäft, im Agenturumfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren beratungsintensiven Vertriebsrolle
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsorientierung und Freude daran, Beziehungen aufzubauen
  • Marktkenntnisse im relevanten Kunden- und Agenturumfeld
  • Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Interesse daran, Verantwortung für ein Team oder einen Geschäftsbereich zu übernehmen und dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du interessierst dich für neue Technologien und KI
