工作地点： 远程办公（需常驻中国大陆） 入职时间： 尽快到岗 试用期： 3 个月 薪资结构： 月薪范围： 试用期薪资 5,600—13,600 元，转正后薪资 7,000—17,000 元（根据经验与销售能力拟定） 薪资构成： 基础薪资 + 销售绩效奖金 / 提成（KPI/Commission） 岗位职责： 推动反盗版与收入变现： 主导反盗版（Anti-piracy）与收入保护（Revenue Protection）项目的销售转化，将未经授权的软件使用与侵权行为转化为正式的商业付费转化。 商务谈判与闭环： 独立或协作与企业客户、目标用户进行高频沟通与商务谈判，克服异议，高效促成付费订单落地。 销售管线管理： 负责线索的跟进、挖掘与全生命周期管理，建立并维护健康的 Sales Pipeline，确保完成业绩指标。 战略落地与执行： 贯彻执行公司在反盗版与收入保护方面的销售策略，提升目标区域的变现率与品牌保护覆盖率。 任职要求： 核心背景（硬性）： 具备扎实的 ToB（B2B）销售 背景，有明确的业绩提成（Quota）达成记录。 语言能力： 中文为母语（需具备商务谈判实战经验） 关键优势（优先考虑）： 具备软件授权合规（Software License Compliance）或反盗版（Anti-Piracy）相关销售经验者具有极大的竞争优势（非硬性门槛），或具备 SaaS / IT 解决方案销售经验。 具备优秀的商务谈判与落盘成单能力。 具备 B2B 客户开发、商务抗压及高难度异议处理经验。 综合素质： 结果导向，具备极强的自驱力、商业敏锐度与职业操守，高度适应远程办公模式。 备注： 我们寻找的是具备强烈业绩导向与成单能力的销售人才。若你具备相关销售经验与谈判优势，欢迎投递。
