募集職種 コンプライアンス・ライセンシング営業スペシャリスト （英語表記：Anti-Piracy / IP Compliance Specialist）

雇用条件

  • 勤務地： フルリモート（日本国内在住の方限定）
  • 雇用形態： 正社員

  • 月給：¥300,000〜400,000（経験・スキルを考慮の上決定）

職務内容

  • 正規契約への転換交渉： 不正ソフトウェア使用や著作権侵害の検出データをもとに、該当企業・ユーザーへアプローチし、正規ライセンス購入やコンプライアンス合意へと導く商談を担当します。
  • 交渉・折衝： 企業顧客との対話を主導し、相手の懸念や反対意見に丁寧に向き合いながら合意形成を図ります。
  • パイプライン管理： 案件の進捗を管理し、四半期の売上目標達成に向けた見込み案件を継続的に構築します。
  • 営業戦略の実行： 当社の海賊版対策・収益リカバリー戦略を現場で実行し、契約成立率と市場カバー率の向上に貢献します。

  • 高いビジネス交渉力と、案件を最後まで着実にまとめる実行力
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
  • 英語：日常会話レベル（社内コミュニケーションで使用する場面があります）
