Deine Aufgaben

Du verstärkst unser ryd fleet Strategic Account Team. Du findest Ausschreibungen für ryd fleet auf öffentlichen Vergabeplattformen und in privaten Vergabeverfahren, qualifizierst sie und bringst unser Angebot ein. So wächst unsere RFP-Pipeline kontinuierlich, gemeinsam mit Finance, Business Development, BI und unserem GTM Engineer.

  • Du durchsuchst öffentliche Vergabeplattformen und private Ausschreibungskanäle europaweit nach Tendern, die für ryd fleet relevant sind.
  • Du qualifizierst jede Ausschreibung nach Flottengröße, Antriebsmix (ICE/EV), Ländern und Vertragsvolumen, bevor sie in die Pipeline geht.
  • Du verantwortest die Angebotserstellung für ryd fleet: Anforderungen sammeln, Inputs koordinieren, Angebot fristgerecht einreichen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Finance und BI zusammen, um wettbewerbsfähige und margensichere Preise für jedes Angebot zu berechnen.
  • Du stimmst dich mit unserem GTM Engineer ab, damit Ausschreibungs- und Pipeline-Daten strukturiert im CRM erfasst sind.
  • Du baust die RFP-Pipeline für ryd fleet Strategic Accounts aus und trackst Win-Rate und Conversion nach Segment und Land.
  • Du pflegst unsere Wissensdatenbank mit wiederverwendbaren Standardantworten zu Coverage, SLAs und Integrationen für schnellere Angebote.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Erste Erfahrung (Praktikum, Werkstudium oder bis zu 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung) in Strategieberatung, Unternehmensberatung, Sales Operations, Business Development, Einkauf/Vergabe oder einer vergleichbaren analytischen Rolle – idealerweise in Payments, Mobility oder SaaS.
  • Starke quantitative Fähigkeiten: Du baust Preismodelle sicher in Excel/Sheets und liest Margen-, Volumen- und Unit-Economics-Daten und bist mit der Nutzung von LLMs vertaut.
  • Strukturierte, detailgenaue Arbeitsweise – du behältst mehrere offene Ausschreibungen und Fristen gleichzeitig im Blick.
  • Sichere schriftliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch; du übersetzt technische Flotten-Anforderungen in ein überzeugendes Angebot und arbeitest die Stärken von ryd fleet in das Angebot mit ein.
  • Interesse an öffentlichem Vergaberecht und Ausschreibungsprozessen (Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil, keine Voraussetzung).
  • Du arbeitest gerne funktionsübergreifend mit Finance, BI und Engineering, auch ohne direkte Reporting-Linie, um eine eigene Ausschreibungs-Wissens-Datenbank bei ryd auf- und auszubauen.
