Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gewinnst neue Fleet- und B2B-Partner und baust eine starke Sales-Pipeline für ryd pay auf.
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Du treibst Wachstumsinitiativen im Fleet-Segment voran und identifizierst Opportunities mit hohem Potenzial.
  • Du koordinierst Onboarding und Integration gemeinsam mit Tech und Product für einen schnellen Go-live.
  • Du repräsentierst ryd pay auf Branchenevents und generierst qualifizierte Leads.
  • Du sorgst über den gesamten Partner-Lifecycle hinweg für eine starke Aktivierung und Conversion.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Enterprise-B2B-Vertrieb (idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Flottenbranche, einschließlich Vertragsverhandlungen mit Großkunden) oder im Business Development (vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Payment, Mobilität, Flottenmanagement oder SaaS).
  • 4- 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
  • Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität mit der Fähigkeit, Pipelines aufzubauen, Kunden zu begeistern und Abschlüsse zu erzielen.
  • Souveräne Kommunikationsstärke, die durch beratenden Vertrieb (Consultative Selling) echtes Interesse weckt.
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Drive und ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Du fühlst Dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl, arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
