About the Role We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of Rayaid, a Singapore-based red light and near-infrared wellness technology brand.

This is an execution-focused role suitable for someone who enjoys building an e-commerce business and is comfortable handling different aspects of digital marketing, content and day-to-day online store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the Shopify store, including products, promotions, content and basic merchandising.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, enquiries and sales.
  • Manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Create and coordinate simple product photos, short-form videos, reels and other marketing content.
  • Write and edit product descriptions, advertisements, social posts and promotional materials.
  • Monitor advertising and e-commerce performance and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, influencers and other marketing partners where required.
  • Assist with customer enquiries, order coordination and fulfilment matters when necessary.
  • Support marketplace expansion and other e-commerce channels as the business grows.
  • Explore suitable B2B opportunities with wellness, beauty, fitness and related businesses.

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related role.
  • Practical experience with Shopify is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising.
  • Able to create basic marketing content using tools such as Canva and/or video editing applications.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks from planning through execution.
  • Resourceful, organised and proactive, with a willingness to learn.
  • Good written and spoken English.
