Deine Aufgaben

1. Betreuung der Mentoring-Paare

  • Kontinuierliche Begleitung der Mentoring-Paare von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschluss der Mentoring-Beziehung
  • Regelmäßige Check-ins per E-Mail, Telefon oder Video-Call
  • Unterstützung bei Herausforderungen, Konflikten oder Fragen
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle Teilnehmenden Zugang zu relevanten Ressourcen und Informationen haben

2. Dokumentation

  • Dokumentation über den aktuellen Stand unserer Mentoring-Paare in unserem CRM-System

3. Programmentwicklung

  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Online- Formaten, wie z.B. Intervisionen
  • Förderung einer aktiven und wertschätzenden Community

4. Kinder- und Jugendschutz

  • Umsetzung unseres Kinder- und Jugendschutzkonzeptes im Kontakt mit Jugendlichen
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit sensiblen Situationen und Informationen

Das bringst Du mit

Fachliche Voraussetzungen:

  • Empathische, klare und wertschätzende Kommunikation sowie Kompetenzen im Bereich Konfliktmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und Ehrenamtlichen ist von Vorteil
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe mentale Resilienz

Technische Kenntnisse:

  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Tools (z. B. CRM-Systeme) einzuarbeiten
