Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist das Gesicht von ROCK YOUR LIFE! vor Ort in Brandenburg.
  • Du stellst unser Programm lebendig vor – in Klassen, bei Lehrkräften, vor Unternehmen und auf Netzwerkveranstaltungen.
  • Du baust Kontakte zu Schulen, Partnern und Netzwerken auf und pflegst sie langfristig.
  • Du gewinnst Jugendliche und Mentor*innen für unser Mentoring-Programm – mit Herz, Authentizität und einem Blick für Chancengerechtigkeit.
  • 3-4 Tage die Woche bist du unterwegs, die anderen 1-2 Tage koordinierst du deine Einsätze und hältst dein Netzwerk aus dem Homeoffice heraus in Schwung.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit Jugendlichen – und die Fähigkeit, sie zu motivieren.
  • Souveränes Auftreten vor Gruppen und gutes Storytelling – egal ob in der Sporthalle, im Lehrerzimmer oder am Telefon.
  • Erfahrung in Bildungsarbeit, Jugendsozialarbeit, Vertrieb im Profit-Sektor oder Non-Profit-Bereich.
  • Reisebereitschaft in ganz Brandenburg & Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Organisationsstärke und den Willen, langfristig Beziehungen zu Schulen und Partnern aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
