ASSISTENTE DE DEPARTAMENTO PESSOAL

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de DP para integrar nossa equipe de Recursos Humanos, atuando na execução e no acompanhamento das rotinas de administração de pessoal.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Executar rotinas de admissão, desligamento, férias e afastamentos;
  • Processar e conferir a folha de pagamento, encargos e benefícios;
  • Realizar a gestão do ponto eletrônico, banco de horas e jornadas de trabalho;
  • Atender as obrigações trabalhistas e previdenciárias, incluindo eSocial, FGTS e DCTFWeb;
  • Prestar atendimento aos colaboradores e elaborar controles, relatórios e indicadores de DP;
  • Apoiar auditorias e propor melhorias e automações nos processos da área.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior cursando Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência em rotinas de folha de pagamento, controle de ponto, férias, rescisões e benefícios, eSocial e obrigações acessórias será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas como Alterdata e Winthor e em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA), aplicadas à produtividade, análise de informações e otimização de processos administrativos.
  • Excel avançado;
