La nostra divisione Ricerca e Selezione del Personale ricerca, per conto di un'azienda cliente operante nel settore manifatturiero, specializzata nella produzione di rinforzi per la realizzazione di materiali compositi, un Responsabile Operations da inserire all'interno del proprio organico.

La risorsa, a diretto riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato/Direzione Generale, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e supervisionare le attività operative e produttive dell'azienda, una realtà strutturata di circa 150 persone, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produttività, qualità, efficienza e rispetto dei tempi di consegna.

Il ruolo prevede il coordinamento dei responsabili delle diverse aree operative, con particolare attenzione all'organizzazione dei processi, all'ottimizzazione delle risorse e allo sviluppo delle competenze dei team.

Principali attività

La persona selezionata si occuperà in particolare di:

  • definizione, in collaborazione con la Direzione Generale, degli obiettivi operativi, del budget e delle priorità di intervento;
  • pianificazione e supervisione delle attività produttive, garantendo il corretto utilizzo delle risorse e il rispetto delle tempistiche;
  • coordinamento dei responsabili delle aree operative, favorendo l'integrazione e la collaborazione tra le diverse funzioni aziendali;
  • monitoraggio dei principali indicatori di performance (KPI), con particolare attenzione a produttività, qualità, costi, scarti e puntualità delle consegne;
  • individuazione e implementazione di interventi di miglioramento dei processi produttivi e organizzativi;
  • collaborazione con le funzioni Qualità, Ufficio Tecnico, Manutenzione, Acquisti e Logistica per garantire la continuità e l'efficienza operativa;
  • supervisione del rispetto degli standard aziendali e delle procedure di sicurezza, in coordinamento con le funzioni competenti;
  • valutazione dei fabbisogni di personale, competenze, impianti e attrezzature, proponendo eventuali interventi organizzativi e investimenti;
  • predisposizione della reportistica periodica sull'andamento delle attività e sui risultati raggiunti, a supporto delle decisioni della Direzione.

Requisiti

Cerchiamo una persona con:

  • esperienza consolidata in ruoli di responsabilità nell'ambito delle Operations o della Produzione, maturata presso aziende manifatturiere strutturate;
  • esperienza nel coordinamento di team numerosi e nella gestione di responsabili intermedi;
  • solide competenze nella pianificazione della produzione, nell'organizzazione delle risorse e nell'ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi;
  • esperienza nella gestione di budget, nel controllo dei costi industriali e nell'analisi degli indicatori di performance;
  • conoscenza dei materiali compositi e dei rinforzi, preferibilmente maturata in contesti produttivi affini;
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua cinese rappresenta un elemento preferenziale;
  • capacità di leadership, organizzazione e gestione delle priorità;
  • orientamento ai risultati, capacità di problem solving e attitudine al miglioramento continuo;
  • buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, unite alla capacità di sviluppare e valorizzare le competenze dei collaboratori.

Inquadramento

Si prevede inserimento diretto in azienda con una RAL indicativa compresa tra 70.000 e 90.000 euro, da definire in funzione dell'esperienza e delle competenze maturate dal candidato.
