O Auxiliar de Cobrança é o profissional responsável por auxiliar no processo de cobrança de valores devidos por clientes. Faz negociações com clientes inadimplentes, cálculo de juros, emissão de boletos, carta de anuência, baixa e liquidação de títulos e devolução de mercadorias.

Atividades e Responsabilidades

Realiza contatos com clientes por telefone, e-mail ou correspondência para cobrança de valores em atraso.

Negocia prazos e condições para pagamento, visando a quitação dos débitos.

Registra informações de contatos e acordos no sistema da empresa de forma precisa e detalhada.

Emite boletos, segunda via de faturas ou outros documentos necessários para regularização da dívida.

Auxiliar na análise de crédito de clientes, identificando padrões de pagamento e comportamentos de risco.
