Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Cobrança para integrar nosso time! Se você é organizado(a), proativo(a) e gosta de trabalhar com números e rotinas administrativas, essa oportunidade é para você.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar contato com clientes por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp para cobrança de títulos em aberto.
  • Negociar prazos e condições de pagamento conforme as políticas da empresa.
  • Emitir e reenviar boletos bancários, demonstrativos e demais documentos necessários.
  • Acompanhar acordos firmados e garantir o cumprimento dos pagamentos.
  • Atualizar informações cadastrais e registrar todas as tratativas no sistema.
  • Identificar pendências e encaminhar casos específicos para as áreas responsáveis.
  • Elaborar relatórios de cobrança e acompanhamento da carteira de clientes.
  • Apoiar a equipe financeira em atividades relacionadas ao contas a receber.
  • Prestar atendimento aos clientes com cordialidade, buscando soluções ágeis e eficazes.

Buscamos alguém que tenha:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Desejável curso técnico ou superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente, cobrança ou área financeira será um diferencial.

  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento.
