We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team and manage accounting operations for individual entrepreneurs, ensuring accurate financial records, timely tax reporting, and smooth payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for approximately individual entrepreneurs (FOPs).
  • Prepare and submit tax declarations and other required reports to Ukrainian tax authorities.
  • Calculate and monitor tax payments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines.
  • Calculate and process monthly remuneration payments to individual entrepreneurs and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting financial documentation.
  • Monitor changes in Ukrainian tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of relevant updates.
  • Communicate with contractors and internal teams regarding accounting, taxation, and payment-related matters.
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to improving internal financial processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in accounting, preferably working with individual entrepreneurs (FOPs).
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation and reporting requirements for FOPs.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting tax declarations and managing tax payments.
  • Experience with Diia.City is preferred.
  • Experience in calculating and processing contractor payments.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, online banking systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
